Finding a good job in another country is difficult, particularly if you don’t live there. Recruitment is typically sourced nationally. There are a lot of barriers (cultural, linguistic, regulatory) separating businesses from international talent.

We help students, even from the start of their degree, as well as graduates, to prepare for international employment or study and find jobs. We support businesses who want to benefit from a more international workforce.

Tech Talent in Scandinavian Countries

Technology companies are driving economic growth in our increasingly digital World.

Their are hunger for talent is a global phenomenon. Scandinavian Countries are not an exception.

According to Emerging Europe, only in Sweden the deficit of IT workers will amount to 70,000 by 2022.

Meanwhile in Finland, of the problems detected in this sector of the job market is that the skills possessed by applicants who graduated some years ago do not match the current needs of employers.

This comes to show that countries need to invest in life-long training, but also that new graduates may have an advantage over more experience professionals in certain tech positions.

Advanced economies in Europe cannot afford to miss the train of the Fifth Economic Revolution in a very competitive global scenario dominated by the two super-powers, China and the USA.
